A-team M-TH: 6-7:30 , FRIDAYS 5-630
B-team: -- M-TH 5-6, FRIDAYS 4-5
Group Green- Monday Wednesday Friday
Group White - Tuesday Thursday

Swimming
Summer swimming schedule:
groups will be broken by age, then separated by ability.
13-18. - 7:00 am-8:30 am
9-12. - 8:00 am- 9:00 am
8 and under - 8:30 am- 9:30 am
After Practice Swimmers are encouraged to make use of the deeps of the rec pool for fun and games,
Swimmers in camp will then be escorted by their counselors to their respected camp groups..
All cancellations for practice will be posted on the website. In the chance of bad weather, please check the website before contacting a coach.
If anyone does not have internet connection at home please contact Roxane Wasserman- 765-9393 and we will set up a phone chain for those individuals.

MEET SEEDING SCHEDULE:
It will be determined on a meet-by-meet basis whether each swimmer is racing in the meet. However, I strongly encourage all members of the team to attend every meet, as it is important that they support their teammates, and who knows, you may be needed for a relay or a race last minute.
Line-ups will be posted 48 hours in advance of the meet outside the guard office. If for some reason a swimmer or diver cannot attend a meet, PLEASE inform the coaches ASAP..as soon as you know you cannot come to the meet...preferably before the line-up is posted.
Swimming: All swimmers and divers are expected to arrive at the meets on time and wearing the team uniform, which is the team suit or a racing suit. All team suits have been ordered. However, below are the names of stores that sell plain black suits or suit suitable to race in.
